Over the last few months we have become more and more aware of the need to treat curly hair in a new way. So we have taken all the information we can and mixed it with our Mavericks knowledge, and we a devised our own Mavericks CUrls. This system is for people with naturally curly hair that want the best of their curly hair, and want to wear their curly 24/7. This system has been trained to 3 of our team members Zoe, Sophie and Harriet.
The Mavericks Curls journey starts with the Mavericks Curls a two and half hour appointment that allows us to get to grip with your hair and its condition. We start by cutting the style in dry, its natural state, then we carry out a full moisturising treatment , once complete you come back to your stylist for a full stying service. £115
Once you have had this treatment, you then go to a manitenance Curls tratment, this is carryed out every 2 months to maintain your shape. £75 ( if you miss your maintenance treatment then we will need to start again with the Mavericks Curls)
MAVERICKS CANCELLATION POLICY 2025.
We have had a lot of no shows over the summer period, so to safe guard our teams salaries and our business, we have adopted a new cancellation policy. If an appointment is not cancelled with 48 hours’ notice of the appointment time. We will then charge £10 for each treatment missed. This policy covers both hair and beauty treatments and is £10 per treatment so if you are booked in for a colour, cut and blow-dry that is two treatments so £20. Please be aware that this policy gives us 48 hours’ notice to rebook the appointment time, we have found that without 48 hours the appointment tends to not be taken. Please help us.
MAVERICKS DEPOSIT SYSTEM LAUNCHED
Last month we lost approximately £2000 in appointments missed, these appointments were made but either guests did not arrive or cancelled with in such a short notice period that it was not possible to rebook the stylist with another guest. We as a business cannot with stand this, exspecially in todays climate. So from now on for any new guests booking or very large appiontments we will be taking a £10 deposit for each service booked both in the hair and beauty departments.
